One person is dead and two police officers were injured after a shooting Sunday morning in Peoria.
According to Peoria police, the person involved in the shooting died on location near 91st and Grand avenues. Two officers were taken to a hospital with minor injuries.
Peoria police said there is no active threat to the community.
The area will be restricted for the day as authorities complete the investigation, police said.
