A 50-year-old man from Sunny Corner, N.B., is dead after a crash early Sunday near Miramichi, RCMP say.
In a release, police say emergency crews responded to a report of a single-vehicle motorcycle crash on Route 425 in Strathadam at around 3 a.m.
Officials believe the crash took place after the driver of the motorcycle struck a guard rail and was thrown from his vehicle. He died at the scene.
Police say an investigation is underway.
