Airline launches new route from Scottish airport to historic US city
The new route to Boston starts with daily summer seasonal flights beginning in May and running to October 2025.
Daniel Shurz, head of revenue, network and enterprise planning at JetBlue, said: “Europe continues to be part of our network strategy, as our loyal customers look for JetBlue’s signature service and low fares to bring them to top leisure destinations, including across the Atlantic.”
With the announcement, JetBlue is also extending its Edinburgh to New York-JFK service, which will fly from May 9 to October 25.
JetBlue’s flights to Edinburgh will operate on JetBlue’s A321-series aircraft. These aircraft feature JetBlue’s Mint premium experience, with fully lie-flat private suite, restaurant-style small plates curated by Delicious Hospitality Group’s (DHG) popular New York City restaurants Charlie Bird, Pasquale Jones and Legacy Records.

Flights from Edinburgh to Boston start at £449 round trip for the airline’s award-winning Core Experience and £2,199 in JetBlue’s premium Mint experience with special introductory fares.
