A scary sight in a suburban neighborhood in Pasadena occurred on Sunday night when a Jeep Wrangler crashed into a house after a collision.
The crash was reported at about 10:45 p.m. at the intersection of North Altadena Drive and Brigden Road. The Jeep collided with a black sedan before careening off of the road and into a one-story home.
Video obtained by KTLA showed the Jeep’s front end poking through the exterior walls of the home. According to the homeowner’s brother, no one was home at the time of the crash, which is incredibly fortunate since the car crashed into the living room, which he says is frequently used.
The man behind the wheel of the Jeep and the driver of the black sedan were both assessed by first responders but declined transportation to a local hospital.
No additional details were immediately made available. It’s not clear what led up to the crash.
