(KRON) — The Solano County Sheriff’s Office made an arrest after a community center that serves local families and children was broken into Friday night.
Deputies responded to the Vallejo First 5 Center, located at 3375 Sonoma Boulevard, after a motion alarm sounded and multiple calls came in of a man attempting to “break into” the front door entrance.
Deputies said they found a broken window when they did a perimeter check. The suspect was discovered standing in a hallway when deputies searched inside the facility.
The Solano County Sheriff’s Office confirmed the man was arrested and booked into the Solano County Jail on burglary charges.
