Snow possible for early morning commute, accumulations likely minor
CHICAGO — Snow develops after midnight that shouldn’t amount to much but may have some impact on the Wednesday morning commute.
By sunrise, we’ll remain under clouds with some lingering snow showers early. Some breaks in the clouds may permit a few peeks of sun in the afternoon.
Conditions will be a bit breezy at times and modestly colder, with temperatures holding nearly steady in the lower to middle 30s.
Expect winds from the northwest at 5-15 MPH, gusting up to 25 MPH at times.
Looking Ahead
More snow is likely with another weather system later Thursday and Thursday night into Friday morning.
