The search warrant was served at Varela’s residence on the 1100 block of 16th Street in Oakland. Narcotics Unit officers uncovered 4.18 pounds of fentanyl and items used for manufacturing and trafficking narcotics, police said. Also seized were U.S. currency and ammunition.
