There are two reasons that now is an especially good time to book in for a raft of beauty treatments: to help you prep for festivities and to help you recover from festivities. Some treatments on my list do one or the other, many, happily, will do both.

I have a big fat caveat I must add in here before we go any further: treatments are great, but nothing beats every day small measures if you want to look and feel good. This means the oft-repeated but oft-ignored rules of drinking enough water, eating some greens (even if you chase them with an entire pack of Lindts), and getting some movement in (I do this in the morning when a brisk walk sorts out a foggy fuzzy head like nothing else).
