A woman who claimed she was “thrown around like in a tumble dryer” and sustained an alleged brain injury when zorb balling as a child at a summer camp has settled a High Court action for €1 million.
The now 22-year-old woman cannot be named by order of Mr Justice Paul Coffey. She was 10 when it was alleged a safety harness around her inside the zorb ball failed.
